Training concept



BECOMING HUMAN is scientific and logical approach to human body.
In our sedentary societies we have all developed harmful adaptations in our nervous systems, fascia and muscles and simply going to a commercial gym to do a couple of bicep curls will not get you to the place you want to be. 
If your goal is felling strong and capable to tackle everyday challenges while maintaining healthy and aesthetic physique you are in the right place. Here's how you can get what you want in a safe and sustainable manner:

We start with detailed assessment of all functional aspects of your body. Maybe your glutes are not working because you sit too much, or maybe they're blocked by tense hip flexors? Maybe your core is too weak and causes your lumbar spine to absorb too much of unwanted shock and rotation. It's important to know where your starting point is and adjust movement program accordingly instead of just jumping into intense sessions straight away.

After we get a thorough understanding of what needs to be fixed, we get to work. We start by installing lost tensions and neural connections between your nervous system and muscles the same way nature designed us to do it - following the path of development of a human child. Our DNA contains incalculable amount of information that gets unlocked piece by piece as we're born and grow up. If you lost some of that innate knowledge we will make sure you recover it fast and start using it again.

When you're able to stabilize your core, when your pelvis is in the right position and when you have full control over all crucial muscle groups we move on to finding the right movement patterns for you. You read it right. We won't try to adjust you to any fitness system, strength training protocol or other artificial concepts. Every barbell is the same yet all humans are different, so why is everyone trying to standardize humans, instead of adapting the equipment and methods? We will find your own, unique version of squat, deadlift and all presses and pulls, so you can enjoy every training and get as much out of each session as physically possible.

When you're able to perform all basic movements in a safe and efficient way we will teach you smart and effective ways to develop your body in a direction of your choosing. Whether you want to get more muscular, faster, stronger, leaner or build up your endurance we know how to get you there. You will learn principles of training programming and we will make sure that before we part ways, you're fully equipped to train and continue the work on your own.
